03 / Where it began
A company built to last.
Founder Joseph Masson grew up in a large family in southwest Kansas, where hard work and looking out for one another were part of daily life.
After moving to Colorado and meeting his wife, Destiney, Joseph built Blackrock with grit, integrity and a desire to create a lasting family legacy.
That foundation still informs the way we show up for clients: with pride in our work, respect for our word and care for what comes next.
